Pros
Great opportunity to get exposure to a possible future of manitdacturing. Opportunity to get involved at all levels of manufacturing. Opportunity to learn what it takes to fail after success. This company has many obstacles between poor team management and disorganization. Although I had no qualms with my time there. But it is not for the weak or kind hearted. There is a secret society of upper team management which is very deceiving. I can agree with most of the recent reviews on here and there is not many positive things to say about this company other than the individuals I had a chance to work with and make stronger relations within the manufacturing industry The actual factory app is amazing, all in one. The product being the software is actually manned rather than automated.
Cons
Ever seen an owner of a dog tell it to do something and get beat down for doing it right or not good enough? Well that’s what happened within this facility. I witnessed a drive by sales and management to hit goals that were not capable of reaching OTD within production. Then a team get shamed by the COO/President for not making it happen. I witnessed mandatory O.T. and still it was not enough. There were no pats on the back, hand shakes or even the upper management teams stepping in to lend a hand to achieve success. I watch what was supposed to be on-demand manufacturing turn into 90% outsource. A build up to inflate numbers only to layoff and move. I understand business, but what I don’t understand is the ability to make promises to employees and customers that are only lies. It’s a hustle for money with very little delivery. I myself was a key to its quality success with very little reward other than O.T. Benefits were amazing, I left because those eventually were modified and became average as well as non Competitive.
