Employees are open and direct, the company is transparent and the founders have attitude- in a good way. Very solid company wide sense of humor. Very respectful of your personal life and outside activities. Access to advanced manufacturing equipment.
Cons
-"Tension Meetings" -Easy to get lost with it all, even for as small of a company as it is.
