great service offering in a fascinating problem space. good focus on transparency and collaboration; everyone is dedicated to the success of the company while at the same time everyone is encouraged to work on what they are most interested in doing.
Cons
probably need better organization around cross-team initiatives. tasks can get lost as there is not a lot of process built up around project management.
