Business Outlook
Pros
People throughout the departments are nice and fun to be around. Time off pay is nice when you have it, 40 hours of sick pay, that is paid out if you don't use it. They have a nice food service with fresh food that is brought in almost daily and can be purchased.
Cons
Upper management could do a better job of promoting from with in. Not much for career advancement or known path for advancement. Not all people are treated equally, all though they would like you to believe you are. Bonuses are only paid out to certain management and above, even they cut the bonus program from operators years ago.
