Business Outlook
Pros
Good work environment with very talented, experienced and dedicated employees. Clients are excellent as well, looking for quality design and willing to pay fair fees to get it. Employees are compensated for overtime, which is rare in the architecture industry.
Cons
Management can be disconnected from the efforts the employees are asked to bare. Work/life balance is not encouraged. Top management is blatently overcompensated while the staff has not had raises or profit sharing for years.
