Pros

Culture, colleagues, tools, product and office perks are of the highest standards.

Cons

Go to Market process is broken for certain segments. This impacts Commercial in particular, in which no one is hitting target, by far. Warning if you are expecting a chance at making decent commissions. likewise Customer Success and renewal is mostly reactive (at the best of times) which impacts growth (and churn is considered normal)

Pros

Overall, people were fun but not many other positives in the old culture.

Cons

People thought the culture was an amazing thing but in reality, it was more a "fun" culture than an accountable and business centric culture under prior leadership. The company remained in start-up thinking for too long and not long-term business. If the old leadership is reviewed, we can see the stock price issue, layoffs at a time when the leaders were well compensated, poorly managed PE, but former employees will say the culture was fine. It was a fun business but not a business where accountability was the strongest thing.
