Pros
Very inclusive culture, ample opportunity for innovation and growth. We're encouraged to make decisions for ourselves and take responsibility, but there is a great support system to help us when we fail. I've been employed at Pluralsight for some time, and while things have changed a lot over the past few years, this is the best company I've worked for in my 10+ years in the workforce.
Cons
Not always the most transparent, and the corporate structure can be confusing at times. It's hard to find out who is in charge of certain projects and interface with them. No definite growth/personal development plan to move up.
