Pros

I'm a huge fan of the people. Our team organizations and technical leadership, while not perfect, is the best that I've experienced.

Cons

Pluralsight doesn't have many job titles. We're mostly Software Craftsmen. I don't mind it, but I imagine that some folks would prefer a title that reflects their experience level. Career progression is not defined yet. We've been growing rapidly, so opportunities tend to open up quickly... but it requires internal motivation :)
