Pros

I appreciate the emphasis on working towards our mission and respecting our core values. I think that makes the culture really aspirational and open. Overall it's a really positive place to work and I feel like my opinion matters. I've been an author for 3 years so I work on creating courses and also have input on new products. I really enjoy what I do.

Cons

I was hired as part of Code School right after they were acquired by Pluralsight. So there has been a lot of transition into what Code School inside of Pluralsight looks like. From that transition, the Code School office shut down and all of the employees have relocated or are remote. I like being a remote employee and they really support remote culture at Pluralsight. The con is that being remote you can feel disconnected so it takes extra effort to stay involved.

Thanks so much for this review. I can imagine you went through a lot of changes with the acquisition of Code School and am delighted to hear that your experience has been great despite the changes. Thanks for you contribution to our product and to the team in general! - Anita
