Pros

Pluralsight is the result of a cacophony of different things that have all intersected to make an amazing work place. Culture: For me, management and team culture (not to be confused with tech company perks) is the biggest thing that makes Pluralsight my favorite work place. The CEO, Aaron Skonnard has created an emotionally intelligent leadership team that has high business acumen and drive to lead the rally toward the companies 4 year goal. This translates into a workplace where collaboration, in the interest of helping your friends succeed, makes everyone's work more powerful. As a result, I love who I work with and have seen less company politics than other companies I have been at! This also translates into everyone having autonomy to do what is needed in their role to get the job done right. The technology training market is going through a digital transformation. Pluralsight is leading that change. The businesses best in class platform and world-renowned technology authors have come together to deliver training that customers need (and enjoy) on a platform that leaders use to drive business strategy. As the market need for this type of change increases, Pluralsight has been able to see record setting growth and income to further build a platform customers love more and more. As a fast growth company, opportunities to move up or laterally are plentiful.

Cons

The fast pace leads to constant change. This can be good or bad depending on how well an employee can adapt.

This is really great, thanks so much for the thoughtful review and for your contribution. Couldn’t agree more. Our product is incredible and the power that it brings to our customers and the industry is an amazing thing to be a part of. I also love that you see that as a result of our emotionally intelligent leaders and team, we’re able to minimize office politics. Investing in our leadership and our living our values has really helped drive this. Thanks so much for being a part of what we’re doing! - Anita
