I've worked at a lot of companies that profess to do this, and then fail to provide the organizational design and support the practices to support. This is the healthiest team I have every worked with. Everyone is there because they are excited about what they do, and goes the extra mile to help one another. The company itself has an inspiring mission, and they take care of their employees with perks like unlimited PTO, and 100% paid for Health, dental, and vision coverage for the entire family. The work life balance is also great. rarely do you see many people in the office after 5pm.
