Thanks so much for leading this review. Love the points you’ve highlighted here, especially around transparency from senior leadership and close alignment between corporate strategy and financial investment. As we grow, it’s increasingly more important that we are transparent, give context, and give the “why” so that our teams can go and solve the hard problems. And when a million things feel like the priority, I also appreciate our maniacal focus on investing appropriately, in alignment with our strategy. Having to prioritize is a great forcing mechanism for focus. I agree on the need to be better at change management. A muscle we are committed to building! :) Thanks for all you do! - Anita
