Pros

There are rare moments in life when you encounter something special and joining Pluralsight is certainly one of those special moments. So many Companies speak about values but in reality you find out those values are not always practiced or lived by once you strip away the front layer. Pluralsight is absolutely genuine to the core and built from incredible people driven values and a world changing mission. These values are lived by day to day from the CEO and all the way throughout the Company both in the US and Dublin. There is so much more to add in terms of Pro’s at Pluralsight.

Cons

No Cons come to mind.

Special indeed. No matter what we go through, I find that this truly is a unique place where people can do their best work with a vision, autonomy, and amazing team members to work with and grow from. Thank you so much for this review and for the work you are doing in Dublin! - Anita

Pros

Overall, people were fun but not many other positives in the old culture.

Cons

People thought the culture was an amazing thing but in reality, it was more a "fun" culture than an accountable and business centric culture under prior leadership. The company remained in start-up thinking for too long and not long-term business. If the old leadership is reviewed, we can see the stock price issue, layoffs at a time when the leaders were well compensated, poorly managed PE, but former employees will say the culture was fine. It was a fun business but not a business where accountability was the strongest thing.
