Pros

-The cooperation between teams is fantastic. You go to anybody and they are willing to help wherever they can. -A lot of room for growth! -The culture here gives you a breath of fresh air. Very open and accepting. - on boarding and trainings are interactive and engaging. - Pluralsight wants to build YOU and your strengths. Willing to invest in you in order to keep you around.

Cons

-There are growing pains. -HQ will be in Draper in 1.5 years. -No incentives for “partners” who work with sales organization. Only the direct sale reps get extra incentives besides commission. -A lot of pressure to meet goals now that we are public.

Pros

Overall, people were fun but not many other positives in the old culture.

Cons

People thought the culture was an amazing thing but in reality, it was more a "fun" culture than an accountable and business centric culture under prior leadership. The company remained in start-up thinking for too long and not long-term business. If the old leadership is reviewed, we can see the stock price issue, layoffs at a time when the leaders were well compensated, poorly managed PE, but former employees will say the culture was fine. It was a fun business but not a business where accountability was the strongest thing.
