Pros

Pluralsight spends significant effort into understanding their customers and their needs as well as their employees and their needs, I am constantly impressed by their devotion to make my working experience better.

Cons

At the time of this writing, growth is a challenge, but I'd rather the company be growing then shrinking

Pros

Overall, people were fun but not many other positives in the old culture.

Cons

People thought the culture was an amazing thing but in reality, it was more a "fun" culture than an accountable and business centric culture under prior leadership. The company remained in start-up thinking for too long and not long-term business. If the old leadership is reviewed, we can see the stock price issue, layoffs at a time when the leaders were well compensated, poorly managed PE, but former employees will say the culture was fine. It was a fun business but not a business where accountability was the strongest thing.
