Pros

- Great leadership - Whip smart people, eager to make a difference - Values driven - Open and willing to not only receive feedback, but grow from it - Freedom to get the job done in a way that is most efficient for you. If that’s in a pair of shorts and a hat - go for it! - Disruptive ways of doing business that push you to think more globally - They see you as a WHOLE person

Cons

None that I can think of. Were they perfect? No, but what counted was their efforts to grow from experiences.

Pros

Overall, people were fun but not many other positives in the old culture.

Cons

People thought the culture was an amazing thing but in reality, it was more a "fun" culture than an accountable and business centric culture under prior leadership. The company remained in start-up thinking for too long and not long-term business. If the old leadership is reviewed, we can see the stock price issue, layoffs at a time when the leaders were well compensated, poorly managed PE, but former employees will say the culture was fine. It was a fun business but not a business where accountability was the strongest thing.
