Pros

The new ownership setup has allowed the company to breathe again. Vista quite nearly snuffed us out, I think. Happy to see PS have the opportunity to move on and freed of the consequences of a leveraged buyout gone sour. Additionally, I like the remote-first environment, the benefits are pretty good, and the people that work here are generally pretty fantastic. I also happen to think our new CEO (Erin Gajdalo) is highly competent and committed to the success of the company. I’m glad we have her at the helm after all the changes and trouble the company has been through.

Cons

We’re still sitting at a bit of a nexus of change, but I’m honestly feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time. Things are looking good, but the position we’re in still feels somewhat fragile and unproven at this stage. On an unrelated note, I’d honestly love to see a better 401k match in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your honesty. I fully understand how the changes over the past years have been challenging, but we’re encouraged by the optimism you’ve shared and are equally hopeful for what lies ahead. With new ownership and leadership, we are now in a much stronger position to move forward and focus on long-term success. As we continue to grow and stabilize, the ELT is committed to reducing uncertainty and maintaining focus on key initiatives. Regarding your note on 401k, we appreciate the feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our benefits offerings, and our Total Rewards team is consistently reviewing our programs to ensure they are competitive and meet the needs of our team members. I understand that gaining full confidence after such a period of change takes time, and we’re committed to fostering stability, delivering on our platform, and supporting our people. We truly appreciate your continued dedication to the company. - Beckey Woodard Cole

Pros

Overall, people were fun but not many other positives in the old culture.

Cons

People thought the culture was an amazing thing but in reality, it was more a "fun" culture than an accountable and business centric culture under prior leadership. The company remained in start-up thinking for too long and not long-term business. If the old leadership is reviewed, we can see the stock price issue, layoffs at a time when the leaders were well compensated, poorly managed PE, but former employees will say the culture was fine. It was a fun business but not a business where accountability was the strongest thing.
