Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you’ve had great experiences with the people at Pluralsight and feel well compensated. While we’ve welcomed several new leaders to the C-suite, these changes have been made with a clear purpose: to build a more customer-focused business positioned for long-term growth. I understand that this level of change can feel disruptive, but we now have a strong strategy in place and are focused on creating a more aligned and consistent environment to drive success for both our team members and customers. If you have any concerns or would like to discuss your experience further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. I’d love to connect. - Beckey Woodard Cole

Pros

Overall, people were fun but not many other positives in the old culture.

Cons

People thought the culture was an amazing thing but in reality, it was more a "fun" culture than an accountable and business centric culture under prior leadership. The company remained in start-up thinking for too long and not long-term business. If the old leadership is reviewed, we can see the stock price issue, layoffs at a time when the leaders were well compensated, poorly managed PE, but former employees will say the culture was fine. It was a fun business but not a business where accountability was the strongest thing.
