Our management teams are always looking for new ways to engage with employees and improve the onboarding experience. In late 2022, we rolled out a training initiative called Dojo which consists of technical training for new people during their first 2 days onsite at Poclain. This learning environment has yielded very positive feedback from both new associates as well as those with tenure, and it has been leading to greater success when trainees get to the shop floor to start working.
