It’s a founder-led company that brings genuine excitement and energy to the work, and you truly feel the ability to make an impact from Day 1. The emphasis on extreme ownership is real—not just a buzzword—and people are trusted to take initiative and deliver results. The holiday and PTO policies are strong, and time off and weekends are genuinely respected. That said, this is not the right place for someone looking for a strict “9 to 5”; the pace is demanding, but for those who thrive in it, it’s highly rewarding.
