Podium is a fast-paced, growing company — which creates opportunities to grow in your career, learn new skills, and work alongside teammates who are experts in their area and great collaborative partners. Some of the best mentors I've had are from my time at Podium.
Cons
Not a con, but important to note that a good fit for Podium is someone who can match the fast-paced, constantly innovating nature of the company. "Slow" and "mundane" aren't two words I'd use to describe Podium.
