Pros
"Work shouldn't (always) suck". PCC manages to balance the need for employees to deliver work without grinding out the fun. When dealing with the various departments at PCC there is a very common feeling that they are always open to recommendations that will make things better with very little of the typical positional process protectionism you find at other companies. It's obvious that the senior management really care about our customers. For employees: There are numerous events each year as well as various holiday themed meals and treats. The new bonus model now rewards the exceptional members of the organization separately.
Cons
A lot of processes are missing due to the rapid growth of the company, but on the plus side people actively want to become more organized so mostly it's just sitting down and getting it done. The rapid growth resulted in the need to lease multiple sites. While nearby they aren't walkable for meetings. The lack of process also results in a lack of (or unclear) accountability which while improving is still currently a con.
