Would not send my worst enemy - Anonymous employee PointClickCare Employee Review

I was there for a long time and was let go for no reason at all. I won’t give the actual reason in fear of retaliation. Basically the manager didn’t like me or I was making too much money. I was fired then told I could be hired back in the same exit interview, what a joke. I felt let down by a company that I put my heart and soul into for a very long time and then just thrown out and given no justifiable reason at all. It felt like a divorce and rocked my whole family. There were a lot of us. We all bled green, gave up countless hours of family time for the company and for what? Annual performance reviews were perfect, never written up, and after a long time just canned. What happened to we don’t get rid of our own? Or if you don’t like your job we’ll find something you do like? Or how are other people told they have so long to find another job within the company before termination while others don’t get that opportunity? I guess it’s in who ya know.
