Low Key - people aren't in your face Lots of opportunities (They're really "broken")
Cons
"Wack a Mole" Work on something and then get moved to something else No value from original work cause you didn't get to finish it. No accountability from too many re-org's which hide management problems Cheap on long term facility decisions Spend $300M on the site and don't get the o-ring for the garden hose. These dumb decisions only hurt the long term operation of facility
