Worst company to work for - Machine Operator Polar Semiconductor Employee Review

Very very bad management from Human Resources, pay and benefit and line managers. They harass employees, specifically line managers are so disrespectful and decide whatever they want. HR and management team don’t listen your concerns and they approach you angry and abusive. So many other things that are shameful to mention here but it’s the most toxic environment that I ever worked for two years
