      Nice offices, decent opportunities for marketing. Plenty of nice people. Relatively relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Obsessed with headcount, expanding too fast - mainly through acquisitions. Too much attorney turnover (especially as acquired attorneys leave). Bad infrastructure.
