Pros

This company really appreciates their employees. I’ve been with the company for a little over two years and I have had the best experience. Some people that should not have worked here, have left but that just helped everything. The company is family owned. You can interact with the owners They really care about their employees and are down to earth. It is a small company so everyone knows each other and it makes it feel very comfortable. They have a ton of employee benefits and discount on their amazing personal care product line. I am really happy I joined. I look forward to a long term future.

Cons

There are different buildings so sometimes you have to drive to a meeting.
