The CEO is a narcissist. There is rarely a meeting where she doesn't say "I'm probably going to get canceled for this" and then absolutely goes off on anyone and everyone. Her stated philosophy is "milk people then get rid of them." She rants about the "culture" she is building and demands you respect it, but people are just trying to keep her from losing it. The only way to get things done is to avoid her. They do not pay their contractors and employees, you have to beg for your money. The employee churn is ridiculously high.
