Pros
Most employees are friendly and others are just downright terrible. Most act as if they are better than everyone else. If you can actually get employed through the hospital itself it is a little better for you. If you are contracting, forget it. They will work you like a dog.
Cons
High turnover in every department. Not enough pay to deal with all the drama. Never have enough employees in every department. Too many Chiefs, not enough Indians!
