Poorly treated - Data Analyst Populus Group Employee Review

1) They gave me a $1.00/hr. raise in over 4 years. I asked for $8.00/hr. increase, the company gave them more than that and Populus took it all and gave me $1.00. 2) I have two weeks of paid vacation. I asked for two more weeks and they refused. 3) They never communicate with you outside of required general communications. If I never reach I will never hear from them again.
