      Pros

      Has developed a complex grade mix as a means to fill the orders book. Senior operators have been there 25+ years and are a wealth of knowledge.

      Cons

      Two "regimes" within management. 1) The guys who have been there 25+ years and 2) the guys who've been there less than 5 years. Seem to have differing opinions on how to run the operation, which has lead to a lot of friction within the ranks.
