Pros

Amazing perks! Food, parties, free stuff but I would rather be paid a livable wage instead of all the free booze. Some people here are amazing, very welcoming and diverse.

Cons

Some teams, like the one I was on, can be very micro-managing Not really having anything to do with fashion, all about money and tech CEO and some execs can be seen as sexist, predominately female company with male CEO who sits with male execs and hires 'cute' girls to work entry-level jobs

Pros

Live selling and community shares make it a great place to sell items while also building a brand for yourself and your own community of supporters.

Cons

Recent leadership changes have replaced the "community" aspect with AI algorithm and lost the charm that many long-term users have previously stayed for. The lack of communication with every new change or app update between the company and the users is pushing people away to other apps.

Pros

- Work life balance is decent (for now, might change) - Free daily lunch

Cons

- Culture Shift: Do not rely on historical reviews. The executive transition in late 2025 fundamentally altered the day to day work environment. - Lack of Clarity: Strategic direction from the top is highly fragmented, leaving team ownership and individual accountability confusing. - Stagnant Mobility: Professional development has stalled, with minimal internal investment in employee career growth. Post Acquisition Friction: Following the acquisition, the corporate environment has shifted toward a rigid, highly bureaucratic, and top down operational style. Low Psychological Safety: Organizational changes have significantly eroded trust and psychological safety across teams.
