Pros

What a great community of people. I never imagined actually having a job I enjoy showing up for every day. So many great perks overall: -catered lunch/unlimited snacks -lots of random onsite events and other weekly ones (happy hour, etc.) -relaxed but productive environment People really care about personal growth and development, which allows you to transition into new roles, take on more responsibilities (as you become ready), and really lets your work feel fulfilling.

Cons

No 401k matching, some lack of cohesion among departments, but nothing major.

Pros

Live selling and community shares make it a great place to sell items while also building a brand for yourself and your own community of supporters.

Cons

Recent leadership changes have replaced the "community" aspect with AI algorithm and lost the charm that many long-term users have previously stayed for. The lack of communication with every new change or app update between the company and the users is pushing people away to other apps.

Pros

- Work life balance is decent (for now, might change) - Free daily lunch

Cons

- Culture Shift: Do not rely on historical reviews. The executive transition in late 2025 fundamentally altered the day to day work environment. - Lack of Clarity: Strategic direction from the top is highly fragmented, leaving team ownership and individual accountability confusing. - Stagnant Mobility: Professional development has stalled, with minimal internal investment in employee career growth. Post Acquisition Friction: Following the acquisition, the corporate environment has shifted toward a rigid, highly bureaucratic, and top down operational style. Low Psychological Safety: Organizational changes have significantly eroded trust and psychological safety across teams.
