Pros

I can truly say I love being a Poshmark employee. From my smooth and organic interview process to working full time now for over a year. I genuinely don't feel like I am walking into work everyday. I came from corporate America, working 60+ hours a week, no work/life balance and Poshmark is QUITE the opposite. Here's what I love: Work life balance (PTO, vacation, work from home, mat/pat leave) Growth opportunity (and quickly) Great technical challenges (scalability, hyper-growth, new markets, etc.) Collaboration Ability to create your role combined with that you're passionate about Positive work environment Learning from SME's Treated as if you are an SME Free lunches daily Free snacks, drinks, etc Company sponsored benefits Phone reimbursement Free Mac setup Commuter benefits Co-workers who have turned into best friends And hello.... joining a billion dollar startup who is revolutionizing the way we buy/sell our fashion items.

Cons

Not personally, but location could be a con for some-- although very lose to Caltrains station, they have a free shuttle to and from the office

Pros

Live selling and community shares make it a great place to sell items while also building a brand for yourself and your own community of supporters.

Cons

Recent leadership changes have replaced the "community" aspect with AI algorithm and lost the charm that many long-term users have previously stayed for. The lack of communication with every new change or app update between the company and the users is pushing people away to other apps.

Pros

- Work life balance is decent (for now, might change) - Free daily lunch

Cons

- Culture Shift: Do not rely on historical reviews. The executive transition in late 2025 fundamentally altered the day to day work environment. - Lack of Clarity: Strategic direction from the top is highly fragmented, leaving team ownership and individual accountability confusing. - Stagnant Mobility: Professional development has stalled, with minimal internal investment in employee career growth. Post Acquisition Friction: Following the acquisition, the corporate environment has shifted toward a rigid, highly bureaucratic, and top down operational style. Low Psychological Safety: Organizational changes have significantly eroded trust and psychological safety across teams.
