Pros

My headline says it all. We get daily catered lunches, company wide events, great health benefits, and overall the best company culture out there. Every team, no matter the level, intermingle with one another. It’s not uncommon to be stopped in the hallway to catch up with someone on a whole different team as you. Being surrounded by top tier talent helps everyone perform to the best of their ability. Everyone at Poshmark strongly believes in our core values lead by our executive team. I personally have grown so much within the company and received multiple raises/promotions. As long as you put in the work, upper management will help you develop the skills you need for future advancement. We have people that literally started at an entry level position and make their way to senior management. It’s a success story we hear very often around the office. The work life balance really depends on the individual. We are capped off at 16 days of PTO. Managers are very lenient when it comes to PTO requests and even WFH. I can go on and on, but you really just need to experience it yourself.

Cons

- Sadly no unlimited PTO - Better snacks

Pros

Live selling and community shares make it a great place to sell items while also building a brand for yourself and your own community of supporters.

Cons

Recent leadership changes have replaced the "community" aspect with AI algorithm and lost the charm that many long-term users have previously stayed for. The lack of communication with every new change or app update between the company and the users is pushing people away to other apps.

Pros

- Work life balance is decent (for now, might change) - Free daily lunch

Cons

- Culture Shift: Do not rely on historical reviews. The executive transition in late 2025 fundamentally altered the day to day work environment. - Lack of Clarity: Strategic direction from the top is highly fragmented, leaving team ownership and individual accountability confusing. - Stagnant Mobility: Professional development has stalled, with minimal internal investment in employee career growth. Post Acquisition Friction: Following the acquisition, the corporate environment has shifted toward a rigid, highly bureaucratic, and top down operational style. Low Psychological Safety: Organizational changes have significantly eroded trust and psychological safety across teams.
