Pros

may have been a flexible schedule with nice co-workers and supervisors.

Cons

In over 4 months, after applying, No One ever contacted me even though I was told I was "hired". I had to ask them if I was hired. No one told me or contacted me. But then they mysteriously expected me to know I was hired and to start navigating their poorly designed on boarding. I was then ignored by any of the 4 people I was supposedly working with. I had to chase down anyone who I could locate to talk to me. They acted like I was an annoyance and no one could fathom why I wanted to know if I had a supervisor, who I would work with, how to onboard and how to navigate their truly horrendous website or how to actually start my job. I finally gave up. I still have no idea if they think I am an employee or what. No one has ever reached out to me.

Pros

They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

Cons

You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
