      We appreciate you taking time offer feedback. We do only offer in-home (not clinic) ABA services as our CEO is passionate about involving caregivers in every session of the ABA / training process. We do know that many of our team members request opportunities to collaborate and we schedule frequent Student Analyst Mentoring meetings, regional roundtable meetings, team building events, etc. I do see that you mentioned "unethical practices" in your review headline - and I can assure you we are fully, whole heartedly, committed to delivering not only ethical but high-quality services that create long-term changes.       Pros

      They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

      Cons

      You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
