      Pros

      The pay is pretty good for this type of work The hours are flexible because you make your schedule The kids and co-workers have been really great to work with Bonuses and sick pay accumulation are nice!

      Cons

      Not a lot of training support for new assistants The hours can be inconsistent and is hard to work 40 hours if you don't want to work long days and weekends Benefits for full-time behavior technicians are not so great

      Great team, flexible scheduling, supportive management, and meaningful work helping children and families. Excellent communication, quick responses, and a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Keep in mind that client cancellations can happen due to family circumstances, which may affect your weekly hours.

      Pros

      They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

      Cons

      You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
