      You can choose your schedule.

      Cons

      -No training aside from the standard 40 hour course and are thrown into a home with a behavior plan with little to no direction. There was no option to shadow other RBTs. -Any questions regarding your clients are done through text or email and get answered slowly or not at all. -If you do not have the RBT credential, the on-boarding process is 2.5 to 3 months long. -No set guaranteed hours.

      Pros

      They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

      Cons

      You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
