Pros

You get paid every week

Cons

Poor leadership. The leadership team in TN are only concerned with making money, and getting hours. I have been placed in the most shady homes. Even after telling the leadership about how I was treated by a clients parents they didn’t care or do anything about it. They don’t care because they don’t have to go to the homes every day. The BCBAs don’t really take the time to help you, they just show up every now and then and leave us with the mess to clean up. The communication is terrible and it is very clear hat you are just a warm body. The BCBAs I have worked with have never take the time to train me on how to do the plans they write and now one of them has moved up even higher in leadership. If your looking for a job run far away, if your looking for help for your kid run even farther. From what I have seen anyone with a pulse is hired and promoted and they will take any client that comes along no matter how bad the situation is. You will receive very little on board training, and their note system is terrible and doesn’t work most of them time. They don’t care to have us drive hours a day to get to work and then won’t tell you when cases open in your areas

Pros

They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

Cons

You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
