Pros

-One major pro is the tiered system for analysts - there's no set guideline for how many hours part-time vs. full-time. If you want to be hourly and have a minimal caseload then that's great, if you want a full case load then you can easily move up the tiered system. -Another pro is that there are no admins making up your schedule - you design it how you want. -Free CEU's each month

Cons

My biggest complaint is that they do not value the RBT's. They do not offer PTO for RBT's, they only get sick time (which is whatever your state requires, but I think in most cases its around 1 hour of sick time earned per 30 hours worked). RBT burnout is REAL, RBT turnover is REAL. As a field we have to start valuing our RBT's and recognizing that they are more important than the BCBA, regional director, CEO, or whatever position. These are the people that provide our services. They are the ones getting hit, kicked, spit on, yelled at, objects thrown at them, you name it, they've experienced it. If they are burnt out, mentally exhausted, unappreciated, they will leave. And they do, RBT turnover is high. Next, like all ABA companies - they claim to be "family first" but in the end it is billables. I mean, I get it, but if a family doesn't have the time for 20 hours and they can only fit in 15, then we should be listening to the family and not pressuring them to "maximize the auth". And finally, they bait you in, making it seem like they're different - they aren't. They don't care about BCBA burnout either, it is all numbers. There is not licensure or certification reimbursement either and there should be.
