      Pros

      As an adult with Autism and with two Autistic children, this job was like the mothership calling me home. From the interview to hiring, to the ongoing training and experiences, my experience has been amazing. Complete support from my BCBAs, and Management! I really love working for PBS!

      Cons

      Like any BT job, hours can be difficult to maintain and be consistent, but PBS management has been diligent at matching clients, so this is, at worst, a tiny issue. Life/balance can be tricky with driving to multiple clients, but hey, that is part of the job, so not really a complaint, I knew this coming in, and Oregon is beautiful, so nothing wrong there :)

      Pros

      They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

      Cons

      You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
