      Pros

      The compensation for RBTs is extremely competitive. Leadership is extremely responsive to questions and feedback. Each RBT can set their own schedule and has autonomy over building their own caseload. There are a variety of session locations available, ranging from school to home to community. Drive time is paid. Sick is accrued automatically. Bonuses are available quarterly, in addition to annual pay raises. Free supplemental trainings are also made available. This is an extremely healthy work environment for any RBT who possesses adequate communication skills.

      Cons

      RBTs do not receive any paid holidays or PTO.

      Pros

      They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

      Cons

      You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
