      Pros

      The company had pros years ago, but now I can't find one.

      Cons

      Leadership does not respond. You're given a salary and case load with a billable that you can't reach. If you don't reach your billable hours, your salary will drop. Once your salary drops, it becomes nearly impossible to raise it again. Most of the time, not reaching your billable isn't your fault. They have no clients to give you and no staff to work with. The company is bleeding clients and staff.

      Pros

      They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

      Cons

      You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
