Pros
Flexible, nimble culture with space to grow yourself. The senior leaders are genuinely nice people and very strong professionals. They're smart and humble (the CEO literally got the door for me as he carried his own oatmeal to his office and there's no car service or army of admins here!) and try to live the company values. Successful businesses require continual improvement and increased efficiency, but tough decisions are truly made with humanity. My peers are professionals who take their work and careers seriously.
Cons
Career paths are not well-defined but that's part of the joy of working here. True professional growth opportunities (not just title changes) are available, but you have to know what you want.
