I have been with the Post Consumer Brands for 6 years and have seen the company go through many changes. Growing pains come with change however, I have always seen the company come through these times successfully while maintaining the close-knit culture. These changes have also brought new opportunities for employees and for the business. Employees are engaged and the company has competitive pay and benefits.
