Pros
Open, friendly environment. Good work/life balance. Good compensation package. There is lots of room for growth, and exploring new roles and responsibilities is encouraged. Upper management is accessible. The atmosphere is very positive, people are optimistic about the future.
Cons
Still a few growing pains, which is normal after an acquisition--bringing systems and people together takes time.
