Pros

-Middle Management is actually helpful and cares about your well-being and work-life balance. -Lots of opportunities for growth and learning, especially with continued acquisitions. -Relaxed work environment for the most part, lax on "dress code" which is huge IMO. -Hybrid work schedule is lovely!

Cons

-Upper Management is trying to be subtly push the "back in office" agenda when it's been proved that most employees are more productive when working remote. -HR not all that helpful when it comes to growth/opportunities -Hiring process takes FOREVER, I've been embarassed a couple of times when referring people by how long its taken just to get an interview or an answer.
