Pros
I have been with the company over 2 years in the sales department. I started as an entry level "remodeling consultant" In a short time, and a lot of hard work, I was promoted to Mentor. The culture is amazing. I work with my best friends. Everyone is so positive and supportive. You can't ask for a better place to work. Its the only place I can think of where you can make over 100k and have legitimate fun doing it. No experience necessary because the raining is extremely thorough. I knew absolutely nothing about the home improvement industry when I started and ended up making over 80k in my first 9 months with the company. Tons of bonus opportunities which are extremely attainable. I have had a lot of jobs in my day. I'm 36 years old and have been all over the country. I found my home with Power and Im extremely thankful for the opportunity. I ave won a few sales contests which allowed me to go Miami, Houston, Dallas, Atlantic City, and Orlando on all expense paid trips. I've met Michael Strahan, Roger Clemens, and Wayne Gretzky. We do a company trip to Cancun every single December as a thank you for our hard work. The employees of the company are truly cared for and you're not just a number. The CEO's are 34 and 35 years old. Amazing guys. All of upper management is very accessible as well. Couldn't be happier with this company. If you're ready to work hard for what you want. Have a no excuses attitude. And are looking for a career? This is the best place to be in country.......just check out fortune magazine. Number 1 place to work for millennial in the country, and just check out the companies that we've beaten out on that list.
Cons
it's a tough work life balance for the first 6 months to a year. You do work hard mentally. It's not an easy job, but anyone can do it. Bring some drive, discipline, and a win at all cost personality, and you will be fine. Lots of driving but you can write off the miles you put on your car.
