Pros

Amazing company to work for. Power has the best support system anyone could ask for because you are surrounded by like minded people who not only want to see you succeed in work but in your personal life as well. Succeeding at this company can give you a rush that is matched nowhere else. Most importantly, the people are what make this company what it is. They are one of the rare companies that is actually being honest when they say they care about their employees. I was fortunate enough to meet people here that quickly went from colleagues to life long friends and the impact that they had and will continue to have on my life will never be lost on me.

Cons

The only downside was the schedule can be rough sometimes. The hours are not long but you need to be willing to put in the effort.

Pros

I started recently (three months ago) and the training is second to none. Multiple weeks preparing everyone before heading out to the field and working directly with clients. The earning potential is extremely high, and all of the tools are in place to make it happen. There is a very clear path for growth with set standards to hit in order to progress to the next level. Everyone wants everyone else to be successful.

Cons

The schedule can be an adjustment (not necessarily long hours, just shifted to be later in the evenings and weekends).

Pros

The training and support are second to none. There is a clear investment in developing employees, and leadership is always available to coach and help you improve. The culture is competitive in a healthy way—everyone is encouraged to perform at a high level, but one person’s success doesn’t come at the expense of someone else’s. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the work, and I appreciated being trusted with growth opportunities early in my time here.

Cons

The performance standards are high, and the role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful at times because your results are measured closely, but the expectations are communicated clearly.
